Eligibility Criteria for HOCL Limited Recruitment
Educational Qualification:
(1) Graduate Apprentices
- Candidates must possess a full-time Degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline from:
- A Statutory University,
OR - An institution empowered to award degree by an Act of Parliament,
OR - A professional body recognized by Central Government or State Government as equivalent.
(2) Technician Apprentices (Diploma)
- Candidates must possess a full-time Diploma in the relevant discipline from:
A State Council / Board of Technical Education,
OR - A University,
OR - An institute recognized by Central Government or State Government as equivalent.
For Commercial Practice, candidates must have a Diploma in Commercial Practice from a recognized institute.
Age Limit:
- The minimum age is 18 years as on 01.01.2026.
Stipend for HOCL Apprentice Recruitment
Selected Graduate Apprentices will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 12,300 per month and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices will get Rs. 10,900 per month, including the government’s share. The apprenticeship training period will be for 1 year.
