HOCL Apprentice Recruitment Notification 2026 Out for 20 Vacancies

Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (HOCL), a Government of India enterprise, has released an official notification for the engagement of Graduate and Technician (Diploma) Apprentice at its Ambalamugal unit in Kochi, Kerala. The apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Candidates who have passed their Degree or Diploma in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025. A total of 20 apprenticeship seats are available in various disciplines such as Fire & Safety, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical and Commercial Practice. Eligibility Criteria for HOCL Limited Recruitment

Educational Qualification:

(1) Graduate Apprentices

  • Candidates must possess a full-time Degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline from:
  • A Statutory University,
    OR
  • An institution empowered to award degree by an Act of Parliament,
    OR
  • A professional body recognized by Central Government or State Government as equivalent.

(2) Technician Apprentices (Diploma)

  • Candidates must possess a full-time Diploma in the relevant discipline from:
    A State Council / Board of Technical Education,
    OR
  • A University,
    OR
  • An institute recognized by Central Government or State Government as equivalent.

For Commercial Practice, candidates must have a Diploma in Commercial Practice from a recognized institute.

Age Limit:

  • The minimum age is 18 years as on 01.01.2026. 

Stipend for HOCL Apprentice Recruitment

Selected Graduate Apprentices will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 12,300 per month and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices will get Rs. 10,900 per month, including the government’s share. The apprenticeship training period will be for 1 year.

Selection Process for Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited 2026
